AWAKENING WOMAN/MENOPAUSE
a collection of 3 separate one day workshops which seek to explore your own natural wisdom and harness it for healing, personal empowerement and transformation in a gentle and passive way. For many women low self esteem, migraine, period problems and menopause issues to name but a few are all symptoms of women being out of touch with themselves. Learning about your own natural rhythms and working with those of the earth can help women to connect with their the deeper darker side of side of their nature. For the greatest journey a woman can ever make is in to the core of herself.

GENETIC HEALING
Two day workshop looking at our genetic patterns.
Not only do we bring patterns and blocks from other lives but also those from our genetic bloodline. These blocks and patterns are often difficult to see since we have been enmeshed in family life and culture. Such blocks prevent us from reaching our true potential and finding out who we really are. This workshop seeks to provide access to these blocks enabling healing and transformation to take place on all levels.

ANGELIC JOURNEYS
One day workshop. An inspirational and creative day using angelic guidance and creative visualization /meditation techniques you will journey through different realms. Using art as expression for these journeys participants will then explore the journeys further with colour shape and form. Absolutely no artistic skills required only an ability to crayon and a sense of adventure is required.

TOUCHING THE HEART
One day art workshop using watercolour to express the divine within. No artistic skills require. A rose opening it’s petals for all the world to see its beauty needs the blessing from natures elements. "Touching the heart" gives the participant the opportunity to work with the elements in art. Each stage opening up to the rose of the soul and each level finding more meaningful ways of expressing the pure love that awakes its seeker.

In he midst of life is death it is a continual cycle. However Western Society is in denial of death and in a sense denial of life. Exploring death opens us up to a broader horizon of life. This workshop is ideal for Therapist and Nurses etc.
